DVLA review ends today

A review of the way in which DVLA delivers services to its customers is drawing to a close (20 December 2013).

The review focussed on gathering a range of information from people within the business and understanding customer and stakeholder future requirements and views of the current service. The report will go to Ministers early in the New Year.

The report, outlining formal recommendations on how DVLA can transform its services and deliver greater efficiency whilst supporting economic growth is expected to be published after Ministers have had a chance to consider it fully.
