DE Clinics UK Limited (trading as TDE The Dental Experts): information for creditors and interested parties
Information for customers, creditors and others of DE Clinics UK Limited in liquidation.
On 25 April 2023 a winding up order was made against DE Clinics UK Limited, which traded as TDE The Dental Experts from 60 Harley St, London. This followed an investigation by Company Investigations of the Insolvency Service which had resulted in a provisional liquidation order being made against the company on 30 March 2023.
The company is no longer trading and the court has appointed the Official Receiver as Liquidator.
If you are a customer with an upcoming appointment, please do not attend as no procedures are being carried out and the company is not trading.
The Court stated in its judgment that the company was conducting illegal dentist services which was as a result of the sole director, Mr Guirguis, having had his licence suspended by the GDC.
The Insolvency Service found evidence to suggest that clients were paying for procedures in advance of appointments, appointments were cancelled at short notice with various reasons given, and customers found it difficult to contact the company to rebook or request refunds. Trustpilot informed the investigators that they removed a number of fake reviews found to be posted about “tde the Dental Experts”.
