Over the next 2 months, DBS will be emailing lead countersignatories to make sure the email addresses we have for you are correct.
This is part of an exercise to build an up-to-date list of email addresses so we can get in touch with you quickly if needed.
If you are a lead countersignatory, you will get an email from RBInfo@dbs.gsi.gov.uk asking for confirmation of your email address. You just need to respond and confirm or provide a new email address.
If we don’t have an email address for you, we will call your registered telephone number to collect the information.
Changes to any other registration details can be done by following the process in our employer guide.
