Civil/crime news: Online training on Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act

Changes to fees for Part 1 injunctions under the Anti-Social Behaviours Crime & Policing Act (ASBCPA) 2014.

An online training module has been added to the Provider Training website and was made available from 2 March 2015 to help you prepare for the above reform.

The Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act (ASBCPA) changes are due to be introduced on 23 March 2015, subject to parliamentary approval.

A printable workbook is available on the website alongside the training modules.

Accessing the training

To access the training you will need to register on the Provider Training site and complete all the required fields.

Anyone who has a Legal Aid Agency (LAA) office account number and a practising certificate number should have them to hand when registering.

Advocates or anyone else who do not, can still register without this information.
