A guidance document is available online called ‘Preventing audit issues’ to help providers avoid common errors on audit and assessments.
Using the guide will help you prevent nil assessments and reductions to costs. It covers civil and crime work including sections on eligibility and category specific issues.
We will update you if the guidance changes because of any emerging issues. Contact your contract manager if you have any feedback about the document.
