New Q&A sessions are now being made available for advocates by WebEx to support the Client and Cost Management System (CCMS) master classes.
The sessions offer you the opportunity to speak with members of our case management and CCMS teams if you have specific case queries.
Before attending it is recommended that you:
- attend the relevant master class
- complete the corresponding e-learning module
- read the relevant quick guides
