Redesign aims to make it easier to find information about the Client and Cost Management System.
A facelift for the Client and Cost Management System (CCMS) website is in place after an analysis of feedback from providers and chambers.
The idea is to make it simpler for you to find what you need as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The homepage has more quick links taking you directly to:
- master class booking pages
- tip of the week
- the latest email update
- frequently asked questions
- hints and tips
- system availability information
There is also a direct link to the Online Portal called ‘LAA Online – Portal Sign In’.
What’s the same?
While we have refreshed the content, the actual structure of the website remains largely the same with tabs across the top of the home page. These direct you to key information.
Quick guides and training resources
We know that these are the areas which users access the most. So we have focused on making it easier for you to find the guidance you need.
Providers and advocates can now see the guides and resources relevant for them and they appear:
- by category
- with content descriptions
We have also put all our training resources on one page. These include information on:
- master classes, including our new recorded master classes
- Q&A sessions
- library of past email updates
