Civil news: emails to the high cost civil team
We now have a single email address to use for casework enquiries to the high cost civil team.
Providers now have a single email address to use when making casework enquiries to the high cost civil team: highcostcivil@legalaid.gsi.gov.uk
The single email address is for both urgent and non-urgent work. You will need to remember to put the relevant legal category in the subject header of the email. These are the categories:
- actions against police/judicial review
- clinical negligence/education judicial review
- child abuse/failure to remove
- high cost family/court of protection
- housing and general civil work
- terrorism environment and military
We’ve made this change to simplify the way we work with you.
