Civil news: amendments to costs assessment guidance
Updated costs assessment guidance documents available to download.
Costs assessment guidance for use with standard civil contracts has been updated and is now available on GOV.UK – see link below.
The amended guidance is for use with both the 2010 and 2013 Standard Civil Contracts.
There are a number of changes but the main ones are to paragraphs 12 and 13 in both of the guidance documents on GOV.UK.
This clarifies claims for enhancement by providers and counsel. There are also amendments to cover the 2014 Standard Civil Contract.
As well as the revised guidance documents there are also tracked change versions available so you can see what has been altered.
