Church Commissioners
The Queen has approved that Harry Bimbo Hart be appointed a Church Commissioner for three years effective from 1 January 2011 in succession to Richard Hart Powers who resigned on 31 December 2010.

Harry Hart (aged 39) is the Managing Partner of Melford Capital, a real estate investment partnership, which he founded in 2002, which is focused on turnaround investments in London and the South East of England. Melford recently completed a £125m equity capital raising for its Melford Special Situations LP fund, which was backed by a number of leading Endowments, Foundations and Family Offices. Prior to Melford Hart co-founded Gilbran Group (1996-2002) a specialist property company focused on the automotive sector and Arcadia Land (1991-1996) a turnaround value-investor.
