Changes to UK visa processing in Trinidad

UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) is changing the visa application process in Trinidad from 1 April 2017.

United Kingdom Visas and Immigration (UKVI), which has responsibility for issuing visas overseas, is introducing a change to its network as part of a larger change programme.

From 12 April 2017, applications submitted in Trinidad will be processed by VFS Global Limited at the following location:

British High Commission

19 St Clair Avenue; St Clair

Port of Spain

Trinidad and Tobago

From the customer’s perspective, the application process will remain the same. However there will be an additional charge to use the service. This fee is in line with the Global operating model for such clinics.

UK Visas and Immigration will continue to offer an optional Priority Visa service in Trinidad and Tobago for eligible applicants who require a quicker service.

These changes will not affect the UKVI customer service standards.
