Dr Phil Boyle has been appointed Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Republic of Madagascar
Dr Phil Boyle has been appointed Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of Madagascar in succession to Mr Tim Smart, who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Dr Boyle will take up his appointment during the second half of 2017.
