On behalf of the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs (FCO), BHC Nairobi is inviting all reputable and competent service providers with the relevant professional skills, experience, technical resources and financial capability for tenders listed below.

The Invitation to tender documents should be completed and uploaded on the Bravo System on or by the stipulated closing date and time.

Tenders not submitted via the Bravo Solution eProcurement portal will not be considered. All substantive communication between the Authority and bidders will be conducted via the FCO’s eProcurement Portal BRAVOSolution.

The pricing structure you quote should be the most attractive offering. Tenders/quotes become the property of the FCO and the FCO reserves the right to accept any, reject any, or reject all proposals. The FCO will evaluate all responses on the basis of the Tenderers’ ability to meet all requirements, the completeness of the package and the total proposed cost.

The FCO makes no representations, warranties or agreements with respect to this request. In addition, the FCO makes no commitment to purchase any services or take any other action, including but not limited to, awarding an agreement to any or multiple Contractors.
