The 2011 People Survey ran for 4 weeks from 19 September to 14 October 2011 and had a response rate of 94%. This response is one of the highest across the civil service, and is the highest of all Whitehall departments.

The civil service benchmark engagement index remains the same as 2010 at 56%. The full report is available on the Civil Service website (1MB).
