The Prime Minister chaired Cabinet this morning.

The Leader of the House updated colleagues on the forthcoming Queen’s Speech.

Lord Young of Graffham took the Cabinet through the recommendations which will be part of his forthcoming ‘Enterprise for All’ report.

The Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, Dr Andrew Murrison MP, updated colleagues on plans to commemorate the centenary of the First World War.

The Foreign Secretary updated colleagues on cross-government work in support of the government’s objective of continuing to strengthen the UK’s economic and commercial relationship with China.

The Prime Minister updated colleagues in advance of the informal European Council on 27 May 2014.
