For the second year running the British Embassy sponsored the Scouts reforestation project. Our DHM, Tina Hamilton joined the Vice President and the Minister of Environment planting saplings on 16 May, a new Guinness World Record for the most number of people planting trees at the same time. Congratulations to all those who took part to help Ecuador achieve the record. 44.000 volunteers took part in the “Sembratón”.
