British Embassy Moscow supports Mind and Movement concert

This gala concert is an outcome of the Mind and Movement programme organised jointly by Diana Vishneva’s Context festival and Studio Wayne McGregor with the support of the Cultural and Education Section of the British Embassy in Moscow.
Seven new productions by emerging Russian choreographers will be hosted by New Holland. The productions are based on the Mind and Movement research and methodology of renowned UK choreographer Wayne McGregor.
Last autumn, choreographers from across Russia participated in an intensive two-day Mind and Movement workshop and seven of them were awarded grants to create and stage new work in their home cities.
The gala concert will determine the winning production, and the winning choreographer will have the chance to undertake an internship at Studio Wayne McGregor in London.
