Beach theft: don’t bury your head in the sand
Advice from the British Embassy in Phnom Penh on how to help keep your passport, money, phone and other valuables safe while visiting beaches in Cambodia.
Thefts from beaches do happen, so stay at accommodation which has storage for your valuables such as secure lockers or a safe if you can, and leave your valuables in them before hitting the beach!
