It’s a year since APHA launched its Customer Service Standards. It is also National Customer Service Week.

We want our customer service to be exemplary and we listen to our customers’ views.

This short survey provides an opportunity for you to tell us how we are doing and where we might improve.

Customer service standards

Our standards are designed to be measureable where possible.

The agency’s delivery against the standards provide evidence of successful customer service and will also identify where performance could be improved.
