Anniversary Statement for accident to Pegasus Quik, G-CCPC, at East Fortune Airfield, East Lothian, on 1 June 2022.
This statement provides an update on the ongoing AAIB investigation into an accident involving the Pegasus Quik aircraft, G-CCPC, which crashed shortly after takeoff at East Fortune Airfield, East Lothian, on 1 June 2022.
It is now one year since this tragic accident and our thoughts are with the family and friends of the pilot who was fatally injured.
The investigation is nearly complete and the final report into the accident is expected to be published in late 2023.
