Additional opportunity to tender for peer reviewer contracts

Individuals have a further opportunity to tender to become a peer reviewer, with services starting from 1 March 2027.

We have introduced an additional date by which individuals can tender to become a peer reviewer in the following categories of law:

  • crime
  • family
  • housing
  • immigration and asylum
  • mental health

All contracts will end on 28 February 2037, subject to rights of early termination.

Application period and key dates

The deadline for tenders to be assessed, for service starting from 1 March 2027, is 5:00pm on 3 September 2026.

The application period will remain open from now until on or around 4 June 2035. You can submit a tender at any point within this period, but tenders will only be assessed once a year.

Who can apply

You can apply if you meet the LAA’s Conditions of Participation.

How to apply

You must submit a complete tender using 2 platforms:

  1. the Central Digital Platform (CDP), for supplier registration and core information
  2. the LAA eTendering system, for your Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) response

You must include a share code linking your CDP response in your PSQ response.
