The closures will take place to allow drainage work to be carried out.

The first closure will take place on the eastbound carriageway between 8pm Friday 8 May to 6am Monday 11 May. Lane 2 will also be closed on the eastbound carriageway while the work is carried out.

The second closure will take place on the westbound carriageway between 8pm Friday 15 May and 6am Monday 18 May. Lane 2 will also be closed on the westbound carriageway while the work is carried out.

Clearly signed diversion routes will be in place during the closures. Traffic will be advised to leave the A180 at Brocklesby Interchange and follow the A160 through South Killingholme to the A1173 through Immingham before rejoining the A180 at Stallingborough Interchange.

The works are part of a multi-million improvement programme designed to provide better access to the port and the surrounding area.
