Having celebrated our tenth anniversary earlier this year, we are pleased to publish the Government Internal Audit Agency Strategy 2025 - 2029 - GOV.UK setting our direction for the next four years as a mature organisation ready to build on its success.
Our new strategy brings a renewed focus on delivering consistent QUALITY; enabled by motivated and high performing PEOPLE; and supported by a FINANCIALLY SUSTAINABLE business model that uses agile and productive ways of working.
Our GIAA Chief Executive, Harriet Aldridge shared her enthusiasm for this next step in our organisational growth:
“I am delighted to introduce this new strategy that represents a further evolution in our delivery of quality internal audit services and support for the UK government. It is part of our ambition for the GIAA to become greater than the sum of its parts so that our insight can enable the delivery of more efficient and effective public services.”
