2027 Peer Reviewer Contract Procurement Process Launch

Applicants may now tender to become Peer Reviewers from 1 March 2027.

We are inviting tenders for an unlimited number of 2027 Peer Reviewer contracts, for services to commence from 1 March 2027, in the following categories of law:

  • Crime
  • Family
  • Housing
  • Immigration and Asylum; and
  • Mental Health

All contracts will end on 28 February 2037 (subject to rights of early termination).

Application Period and Key Dates

The application period will remain open until on or around 4 June 2035 and individuals may tender at any point within this period, however, Tenders will be assessed at a single point annually.  The initial key dates for this process are:

Tender opens: 21 May 2026

Deadline for questions: 4 June 2026 (5pm)

Tender submission deadline: 22 June 2026 (5pm)

Who Can Apply

The tender is open to any individual that meets the LAA’s Conditions of Participation.

How to Apply

Applicants must submit a complete tender via two platforms:

  1. Central Digital Platform (CDP) for supplier registration and core information,
  2. LAA eTendering System for the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) Response. A share code linking the CDP response must be included in the PSQ Response.
