    • digital single market (Lords lead)
    • Competitiveness Council
  • corporate governance, company law and Companies House
  • postal affairs and Post Offices
  • BIS better regulation
  • BIS corporate (including UKSBS)
  • BIS Lords business


  • data protection, including sponsorship of the Information Commissioner’s Office
  • The National Archives (in the process of transferring from the Lord Chancellor)
  • nuisance calls

DCMS Lords business – excluding internet safety and security
