Consultation description

We are consulting on draft legal provisions to implement the alternative transitional registration model (ATRm) for UK REACH. The draft provisions would introduce new requirements for transitional registrations and powers for the regulator to request further information where needed.

We want to know whether the provisions clearly and accurately reflect the intended policy approach. We particularly welcome comments on any drafting issues, omissions, ambiguities or unintended consequences.
