This summary of responses sets out the government’s plan to publish specific data items relating to exports on the appropriate HMRC website.

Respondents were generally positive about the proposal to release limited data on exports, and welcomed the ability to ‘opt out’. The document summarises the responses received under the 5 questions and a full list of respondents is included.

The government has taken account of the comments received during the consultation and is grateful for the constructive and informative suggestions it received.
