Consultation description

We’d like your views on:

• how breaches to the criteria for loan agreements will be challenged
• when the changes to the criteria will come into force

We are launching this consultation to address points raised on the technical implementation of the changes to agreeing local-authority loan schemes for local-authority-maintained schools.

We previously ran a consultation on changes to the criteria for agreeing school loan schemes.
