Ministers agreed to the applicant’s request for exemption, in the terms of the application for the order, having taken into account the feedback received, including from the Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee. An exemption order was issued accordingly, with an accompanying note. The order was made 6 May 2025, coming into force 7 May 2025.
