Consultation description

This report provides the Immigration Services Commissioner’s response to the consultation paper on making certain amendments to her Code of Standards and Complaints Scheme.

The consultation paper was primarily concerned with proposals aimed at clarification of the Code of Standards and Complaints Scheme to make them more effective. The consultation was opened on 18th June 2012 and closed on 7th September 2012.
