Consultation description

In January 2024, outline planning permission was granted for the new prison in Buckinghamshire. The next step for the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) is the submission of the reserved matters application (RMA) to consider landscaping and appearance in more detail.

MOJ will now undertake a period of engagement with the local community. The information pack contains more detailed information on the reserved matters for comments or feedback from the local community.

Following this, we expect to submit the RMA to the local planning authority for their consideration.
