We are grateful to all of the organisations, including charities and representative groups for the infected blood community, that took the time to respond to this consultation, including those who collated feedback and experiences from their members.
This annex lists the organisations and representative groups that responded to the consultation, where these were provided. It is possible that other organisations responded to the consultation but did not disclose this in their response, or that organisations encouraged members to respond to the consultation individually rather than as part of a wider organisation-led response. The list does not include the personal names of any individual respondents, even where these were given in the consultation. The names of organisations are listed as they were given by the respondent.
