These amendments update the Schedule to ensure better coverage of the main sports in the UK and to better reflect the Sports Governing Bodies that the Gambling Commission deals with on a regular basis.

The Government proposes to add both international and national Sports Governing Bodies to parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 6 to better reflect the sports bodies that the Gambling Commission deals with on a regular basis, and to ensure the coverage of the main sports and major sporting events in the UK.
This consultation document seeks your views on our proposals to add the Sports Governing Bodies listed and also on any other Sports Governing Bodies you think should be added to the list.
