This consultation seeks views on further regulatory reforms to the community infrastructure levy. By making these changes we expect the levy will operate and roll out more effectively without the need for further major amendments.

The consultation covers a range of amendments to the regulations related particularly to rate setting and the operation of the levy in practice.
