We invite your views on arrangements for:

  • producing a report following a joint review
  • a written response from agencies, subject to review.

The reviews will be conducted jointly by:

  • Ofsted
  • HMIC
  • HMIP
  • the Care Quality Commission

The Children Act 2004 (Joint Area Reviews) Regulations 2005 set out how agencies work to protect children and young people.
