Department for Transport is seeking feedback on draft legislation concerning the Channel Tunnel. The legislation would transfer economic regulation of the Channel Tunnel from the Intergovernmental Commission (IGC) to the Office of Rail Regulation (ORR). Our consultation also invites views on proposals to establish a streamlined and unified charging framework.
