Detail of outcome
After consultation it is decided that the impact assessment, prepared on the basis of the 12 responses received, cannot quantify any costs or benefits as none were set out.
This call for evidence is of relevance to anyone who is involved in the transport of dangerous goods. It summarises the main amendments to the 2013 editions of RID and ADR as implemented implemented in Great Britain through The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2009 as amended (CDG 2009) .
Industry-specific data gathered through this call for evidence will be then used to feed into a cost benefit analysis and to complete the impact assessment.
