Consultation description

We are seeking views on a revised proposal for airline and airports to display information about policies and services affecting persons with reduced mobility (PRM) in a comparable format on their websites, in order to help people make more informed choices. The consultation documentation includes a business engagement assessment which quantifies the impact for implementation of this proposal.
