United Kingdom Food Security Digest
An annual analysis of statistical data relating to the food security of the United Kingdom.
The report sets out an analysis of statistical data relating to food security in the UK. It examines trends relevant to food security to present a current understanding of food security.
The next report will be published towards the end of 2026. It will not be published in 2027 as it will be replaced by the triennial Food Security Report.
Some statistics included here are also updated in the Food statistics in your pocket and Agriculture in the United Kingdom publications.
