This series brings together all documents relating to Sickness absence
The Cabinet Office, in common with other departments, reports sickness absence on a rolling 12 month basis. This approach ensures that each data set includes seasonal peaks and troughs. The use of the Average Working Days Lost (AWDL) indicator enables a like-for-like comparison with other government departments and private sector organisations.
The most recent data reports are published every six months from the 12 months ending June 2010.
