RSH equality objectives

These equality objectives set out how the Regulator of Social Housing will comply with the public sector equality duty.

In preparing the equality objectives we consider our fundamental objectives, provisions in the Equality Act 2010; the sector we regulate; our regulatory approach and the the progress against our previous objectives.

The objectives are not the full picture of RSH’s equality, diversity and inclusion work. We have already taken steps to embed good practice, and the objectives identified are certain priority areas which build upon existing work and enable us to continue to improve.
