Regulatory notices relating to small providers

We do not publish regulatory judgements for registered providers that own and/or manage less than 1,000 homes. But where we have identified issues or have concerns about such providers then we publish a regulatory notice.

Consumer regulation

If a registered provider has breached a consumer standard and as a result we judge that there is actual or potential serious harm to tenants, we publish a regulatory notice to set out our findings.
