The Regulator of Social Housing publishes a quarterly survey four times a year, which provides a regular source of information regarding the financial health of private registered providers of social housing, in particular with regard to their liquidity position.
It includes information such as the amount of borrowing that registered providers have taken and where they got it from, the number of affordable home ownership homes they have built and sold, and the number of market sale homes they have built and sold.
