We are publishing consultations on the revised National Planning Policy Framework and the reform of developer contributions. This planning reform package is fundamental to delivering the homes we need and ensuring that we get the right homes, of the right quality, built in the right places.
The revision of the National Planning Policy Framework implements around 80 previously announced reforms. We are seeking views on the wording that implements these commitments.
