National Guardian's Office annual reports
Annual reports detailing the activities of the National Guardian’s Office.
The National Guardian’s Office (NGO) leads, trains and supports a network of Freedom to Speak Up Guardians in England. It conducts speaking up reviews to identify learning and support improvement of the speaking up culture of the healthcare sector. NGO also provides challenge and learning to the healthcare system as part of its remit.
NGO is a non-statutory organisation that is part of the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
