The MAC self-commissioned a review of talent visa routes.

Salary requirements for work visas and the new temporary shortage list

The Home Secretary commissioned reviews of:

  • salary requirements for work visas including discounts
  • the new temporary shortage list (TSL)

The salary requirements review is now complete.

The TSL stage 1 report was published in October 2025. The stage 2 report was published in July 2026.
