In the Remediation Acceleration Plan, we announced our intention to empower Metro Mayors to work in partnership with local authorities and regulators to drive remediation through Local Remediation Acceleration Plans. Mayoral Strategic Authorities are delivering these plans to harness the power of collaborative working and expertise at regional levels to speed up remediation.
