Get help after you return from the UK
Information about the help you can get following your return from the UK (reintegration services).
About the service
The Home Office offers help after you return to your home country if:
- you have no legal right to remain in the UK
- you either choose to return home (voluntary return) or are being returned
We can help you when you arrive and for up to 12 months after you return.
You can still use the reintegration service if you have already received help from the Voluntary Returns Service (VRS) or the Facilitated Returns Scheme (FRS).
How we can help you
When you arrive in your home country
We can help you with:

someone to meet you at the airport (available upon request)

accommodation for up to 5 nights

transport to an address in the same country

care and food packs

small cash payment for items you may need
Living in your home country
We can help you with:

obtaining documentation

finding and rejoining with your family

local services, including health services
-
mental wellbeing and counselling
We can also support you with accessing an education and entrepreneurship fund to help with:
- finding a job
- further education or vocational training
- setting up a business
How to get help
Reintegration services are currently available in these countries.
To discuss your options and register for reintegration services, contact the delivery partner for your country. You can do this before you leave the UK.
We may add other countries in the future. Check the website regularly to see if your country of return is listed.
