During the period April 2020 to March 2024, FCDO Services did not receive or issue any decisions on applications relating to staff at SCS1 and SCS2, submitted under the Business Appointment Rules.

On 2nd September 2020 the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) and Department for International Development merged to form the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). FCO Services was part of the FCO, operating commercially as a Trading Fund. FCO Services changed its name on 2nd September 2020 to FCDO Services to stay aligned to our parent organisation.
