Throughout 2011 to 2015, the Homes and Communities Agency will invest £4.5 billion in affordable housing through the Affordable Homes Programme and existing commitments from the previous National Affordable Housing Programme. The majority of the programme has been made available as affordable rent with some for affordable home ownership, supported housing and in some circumstances, social rent.

This collection gives housing providers information on:

• successful bidders
• quarterly updates
• guidance on how to apply to become an HCA investment partner
